Made some kick butt pizza tonight for supper. Last night I made the dough according to a recipe I have been aching to try from 101 cookbooks (http://www.101cookbooks.com/archives/001199.html). She always makes her food look so tantalizing. After picking up my CSA box from the UBC Farm (included mustard greens, excited to try those!) I came home and pulled out some pizza dough from the fridge to warm up. While I was waiting I sliced up and sauteed some mushrooms and onions for the ZA. I pulled out the dough to a reasonable thickness
– and then spread a little tomato sauce on top followed by mushrooms and some mozzarella, it looks awesome!
